Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio Blackberry Sauce:
Yield: About 2 cups
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to simmer over medium heat in a heavy bottomed saucepan, stirring often.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes or until slightly reduced.
3. Serve at room temperature over grilled Salmon, or your favorite grilled meat.
Grilled Salmon with Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio Blackberry Sauce:
Yield: 4 servings
Directions:
1. Heat grill to 375º (note: turn on only half of the grill burners).
2. Coat the fillets with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Oil the grill on the side that the burners are off.
4. Grill salmon over indirect heat for 8 minutes on each side, starting with skin side down.
5. Remove from grill and place on a large platter.
6. Spoon Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio Blackberry Sauce over top and serve.
