The Easter Bunny will soon be hopping into the Hamptons, leaving little ones with ornate baskets filled with sweet treats. After they’ve excitedly searched your yard on the quest for pretty pastel Easter eggs, mix up one of these five Easter inspired cocktails.
1. Lavender Honey Bee:

Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge and lavender sprig. (Note:To make lavender syrup, simmer 50:50 water and honey with a lavender sprig for 5 minute. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.)
2. Hop, Skip and Jump!: (Created by Beckaly Franks of Clyde Common)

3. Clos Dew Drop Cocktail:
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in in vintage tea cups.
4. Panache’s Lavender Wódka 75:
Directions: Mix lavender syrup, Wodka Vodka, and a squeeze of lemon together and stir. Top off with champagne.
Lavender simple syrup:
Directions: In a small saucepan, bring the ingredients for the lavender syrup to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Stir as needed to keep the sugar from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Transfer to a glass jar and let chill in the fridge. Strain out the lavender after 45 minutes and continue to let it chill.
5. Peachy Keen Mimosa:
Directions: Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with fruit.
