Say Sayonara To Summer And Hello To Fall With These Autumn Inspired Cocktails

It’s time to say goodbye to beach season and welcome pumpkin picking, apple cider by the fire, and all the other wonderful things we love about autumn. To celebrate the start of the fall season, here are eight autumn inspired libations.

1. Pinnacle Dessert Table:

1 part Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie Vodka

1 part DeKuyper Crème DeCocoa Dark

1 part Half and Half

Directions: Combine ingredients and serve. Garnish with whipped cream.

2. Blackberry Harvest:

1 Part Hornitos Reposado Tequila

Blackberries

1/3 Part Lemon Juice

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Directions: Muddle four blackberries in a glass, combine remainder of ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain into the glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a blackberry. All trademarks are the property of their respective owner.

1 1/2 parts Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon

1/2 teaspoon Raw Sugar

1/2 part Madeira

1/4 teaspoon Curry Powder

3 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Candied Bacon for garnish

Directions: Add sugar, curry powder and chocolate bitters to a rocks glass and muddle. Add all other ingredients, then add ice, stir and garnish with candied bacon.

4. Otoño Especias (AKA Autumn Spice): (Created by Cassandra Rosen)

Salt and Spice Rim

1.75 oz. Soltado Spiced Añejo Tequila

.5 oz. Agave Nectar

.5 oz. Cointreau

.25 oz. Cranberry Juice

.75 oz. fresh Lime Juice

Cranberries and a Mint Leaf for garnish

Directions: Make the salt and spice rim by adding equal parts raw sugar, jalapeno salt, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly, pour onto a plate. Using a lime slice, wet and coat the rim of a rocks glass with salt mixture, set aside. In a Boston shaker, add agave, Soltado, Cointreau, and juices. Shake with ice. Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish.

5. Apple Cider Bellini:

Bottle of Prosecco DOC

1/4 oz. Fig-infused Vodka/Liquor

3/4 cup Apple Cider

Powdered Cinnamon

Granulated Sugar

Directions: Pour a splash of the fig vodka into a shaker and add 3/4 cup of cider to the mix. Shake to combine. Set out your champagne flutes, and pour the cider mixture about 1/4 of the way into each glass. Top with Prosecco and serve. Really want to sweeten things up? Add a cinnamon-sugar rim for a festive touch.

6. The Maple Apple:

1 1/4 oz. Brandy

1/4 oz. Nectar P.X. Sherry Wine

1/2 oz. Calvados Boulard (Apple Brandy)

1/4 oz. Maple Syrup

1/2 oz. Lemon

Directions: Shake all ingredients together with ice, and strain into martini glass. Garnish with Lemon zest.

7. Royal & Spice:

2 oz. Vermouth Royal Extra Dry

2 slices Fresh Ginger

3.5 oz. Ginger Ale

Directions: Very gently crush the ginger in a tumbler. Add ice to glass and top with vermouth and ginger ale. Garnish with an orange twist.
