You’d think that National Margarita Day would be in the midst of summer, but it’s actually on Friday, February 22. So break out the tequila and celebrate.
Jalapeño Avocado Margarita:

Directions: Place ripe avocado, cilantro, and jalapeño slices in a cocktail shaker. Muddle ingredients until thoroughly mashed. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into two rocks glasses filled with ice, and garnish with remaining cilantro sprigs and lime wheels.

Directions: Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel, cilantro, smoked salt rim.

Directions: Shake and double strain before serving in a rocks glass rimmed glass with dehydrated coconut milk & volcanic black salt. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple.

1800 Margarita:
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into salted Rocks glass. Garnish with Lime Wedge.

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with a peach wedge.
