French Fashioned:
Directions: Combine Bourbon, Marcel, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until ice cold. Strain into a rocks glass with a strawberry ice cube. Garnish with a brandied cherry and grapefruit peel. (*Large format ice cube: Add sliced strawberries into large ice molds. Add water and freeze.)

D’Usse Frozen Peche Sidecar:
Directions: Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Rim a Coup glass with sugar. Pour into glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
The Disaronno® Fizz:
Directions: Pour ingredients over ice and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Partida Paloma:
Directions: Build Partida, lime juice, and salt in a highball glass. Top with soda and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Picante Island:
Directions: Combine Espolòn Reposado, Tapache Pineapple Liqueur, and lime in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into glass, top with soda water, and garnish with mango.
Benham’s Summer Southside:
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain and serve in a coupe. Garnish with a mint sprig.
