Cupcake Vineyards Pink Grapefruit Spritz:

1.5 oz. Gin

1/4 cup of Freshly squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice

1/4 cup Cupcake Vineyards Sparkling Rosé

Ice

Fresh sprig, for garnish

Pink Grapefruit Slice, for garnish

Directions: Combine gin, pink grapefruit juice, Cupcake Sparkling Rosé, & ice. Shake it up. Pour over ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig & pink grapefruit slice.

Broken Cosmopolitan:

1.5 oz. Broken Shed Vodka

1 oz. Orange Liqueur

.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.25 oz. Cranberry Juice

Orange Peel, for garnish

Directions: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

The Spirited Rosé:

Large batch cocktail

1 cup Vamonos Riendo Mezcal

1 bottle of Sparkling Rosé

1/2 cup of Simple Syrup

1 cup Lime Juice

Directions: Fill pitcher with ice. Combine all ingredients in the pitcher. Stir & enjoy.

Woodford Porch Swing:

1.5 oz. Woodford Reserve

.75 oz. Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Honey

6 oz. Peach Tea

Directions: Combine ingredients into a tall glass and stir. Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon wheel.

Beefeater Pink & Tonic:

1.75 oz. Beefeater Pink Gin

3.5 oz. Indian Tonic Water

Strawberry Slices, for garnish

Ice

Directions: Build over ice. Stir and garnish with strawberry slices.

Espolón Marigold Margarita:

2 oz. Espolón Blanco

.5 oz. Monin Hibiscus Syrup

1 oz. Orange Juice

.5 oz. Lime Juice

Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass Garnish with a lime wheel.
