Milkshake lovers break out your blenders because Saturday, September 12th is National Chocolate Milkshake Day. Since the noteworthy occasion falls on a weekend, we figured chocoholics should celebrate with a boozy version of the sinfully indulgent dessert. Satisfy that sweet tooth of yours with Chef Laurent Tourondel’s (of LT Burger in Sag Harbor) Sag O’ Chocolate, a creamy combination of chocolate ice cream, Oreos, amaretto and Godiva liqueur.
Sag O’ Chocolate:
Directions: Blend in vitamix for 20 seconds. Garnish with chocolate whipped cream, chocolate syrup in glass, and Oreo cookie crumbs.
