In spring 2025, Gurney’s will unveil gigi’s montauk, a new flagship restaurant where fresh coastal cuisine will be served within a stunning new space designed to embody the relaxed elegance of the Hamptons. The menu will showcase fresh local ingredients drawing inspiration from the destination’s rich heritage harmonized with global influences of new culinary leadership. Poised to become the vibrant social center of the resort, gigi’s montauk will be a place to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories. Alongside gigi’s montauk, gigi’s café will debut as a hub for coffee and light fare in the morning before transforming into a vibrant all-day eatery centered around a fresh raw bar.
