Hamptons Box Club offers a selection of unique curated items that tickle the senses and invite memorable experiences. Each box contains “South of the Highway” products carefully selected to give you the best of the Hamptons from the seaside, farmlands, and villages. With a quarterly subscription the boxes are hand packaged to insure a true sense of the area, be it sitting at the ocean, celebrity watching, making dinner for friends, enjoying the Hampton’s Film Festival ….or sitting by the fire on chilly winter evening.
Hamptons.com spoke to Nicole Disunno, co-founder of Hamptons Box Club about their process and inspiration.
Where did the inspiration for the Hamptons Box Club come from?
During the pandemic we both had been ordering subscription boxes online a LOT. And we decided that the things we like most about where we live are not offered to everyone easily. There are so many of our friends and family that have moved away and we wanted them to be able to have a connection to the area easily.
How do you go about choosing the items?
We have a great network out here because we have lived here our entire lives so we use our contacts and get out into the community as often as possible to experience our towns.
How do the boxes vary?
The smallest box is the Atlantic Beach Box. Named after the best beach in Amagansett. It is 125.00 and gives a taste of THE HAMPTONS through 6-8 items. The medium sized box is called the Main Beach Box, named after Main Beach East Hampton. It runs 245.00 and has all the same items as the Atlantic Box but some pricier items and boasts 8-10 items. Our newest box is THE GEORGICA BOX, named after Georgica beach. It is 385.00 and has 12-14 items and has a few much pricier items and all the same items from the other two boxes.
What would you like people to experience with purchasing the box?
They should get the look, taste and smell of THE HAMPTONS. We always put a cookbook from a local chef. We always have a candle. And we always have home decor items and something fun!
