As someone whoโs always on the moveโbetween content shoots, events, and curating daily outfit inspoโconfidence isnโt something I was born with; itโs something Iโve built. For me, showing up with no apologies is part of the jobโand honestly, the secret sauce to feeling my best. Here are a few ways I stay grounded, fabulous, and fully me every single day.
STOP WORRYING
Seriouslyโstop worrying. Someone once told me that the things we worry about almost never happen, and Iโve found it to be true. Worrying drains your energy and rarely serves you. Let it go and watch your confidence rise.
BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE
Iโll never forget standing in line in eighth grade next to a shorter girl and slouching down so I could โfit in.โ Looking back, I wish I had just stood tallโbecause the truth is, fitting in isnโt the goal, being proud of who you are is. Embrace your quirks, your strengths, and your own story
SMILE
A smile is powerful. When you smile, it actually tricks your brain into thinking youโre happyโand that little shift can change your entire mood. Try it. It works.
DRESS UP
Donโt spend eight hours in your gym clothes. Trust me. Cute outfits arenโt just for picturesโtheyโre for your mindset. When you dress up, you show up. When you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, great things happen. Donโt forget makeup!
TRUST THE PROCESS
I say this in my hair transformation tutorials, but it applies to life, too. Not every day is perfect, but for every bad day, you get two good ones. Trust the processโitโs all unfolding exactly as it should.
