Lexington Company Launches 4th Of July-Themed Collection In The Hamptons

In a Hamptons market where inventory remains historically tight, land has taken on a different kind of importance. We all know the adage, “they’re not making any more of it.” And, as far as land listings are concerned, the recently listed parcel at 20 Fieldview Lane, represented by Romaine Gordon and Sarah Minardi, just outside East Hampton Village, is almost unheard of.

After decades as a professional photographer, including a 30-year career in New York City and years photographing for Vanity Fair at Condé Nast, David Vaughan has found his greatest inspiration much closer to home. Today, located at his gallery on Skimhampton Road in East Hampton, he creates striking landscape and seascape photography that captures the quiet beauty, changing light, and natural rhythm of the East End.

At just 23, Julia-Rose Siegler is reimagining the way her generation experiences fragrance. After graduating from NYU and interning at some of the industry’s most respected beauty brands, she launched Studio Rose — a “fragrance wardrobe” designed to celebrate every moment of the day. Having spent summers in the Hamptons since she was a little girl, Siegler spoke with Hamptons.com about building her brand, creating fragrances for every occasion, and finding inspiration Out East.
