Motherhood comes with all kinds of decisions from diapers to day care. For new celebrity moms like Kim Kardashian, those decisions also involve how to look good doing it by going under the knife.

Within a week of giving birth, new moms come into Dr Stephen T. Greenberg’s office ready for what he calls “mommy makeovers.”
Greenberg is a plastic surgeon who has a few different practices scattered around the New York/Hamptons area. Though he has performed a number of celebrity plastic surgery procedures, he is not Kim’s doctor.
Kim has a few different options. He said he would first recommend liposuction. This would target the fat in the abdominal and love handles area. Then Greenberg would focus on repairing damage to the breast. Recovery could be as little as two days without heavy lifting.
“They come in on a Friday and Monday they’re back shooting,” Greenberg said. “My clients work on major television shows and no one would ever know.”
Other options include tummy tucks for getting rid of extra skin, breast augmentations, hydrofacials and light chemical peels for the rejuvenated look. It is important to note that new moms should be waiting around three months before actually having anything done to ensure a natural look.
“Natural for me is very important,” Greenberg said.
