SLT Strengthen Lengthen Tone is coming to Water Mill (50 Station Road, Building Three, Unit #2), beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day. The studio will be open Fridays through Sundays until the end of June, and be open 7 days a week, July through Labor Day. CityRow is popping up at the Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk) this August. Every Saturday at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., you can take a class featuring New York’s first hybrid rowing workout.
