Kicking off over Memorial Day weekend, ((305)) Fitness will be bringing it’s nonstop cardio party to The Surf Lodge (183 Edgemere Street, Montauk) over the holiday weekend and on Saturdays in July and August at 10 a.m. The extremely entertaining 55-minute cardio class mixes dance moves, sports drills and high intensity interval training for a full-body workout. SLT Strengthen Lengthen Tone is coming to Water Mill (50 Station Road, Building Three, Unit #2), beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day. The studio will be open Fridays through Sundays until the end of June, and be open 7 days a week, July through Labor Day.
