Shape up in the Hamptons this summer during Hamptons Wellness Week. The bi-annual event will be kicking off on Saturday, June 13th, with the goal of making your mind, body and soul the best it can be. With discounted health and wellness treatments, coaching and consulting opportunities, yoga classes and shopping, the weeklong event has something for everyone.
”This event continues to foster amazing relationships between the community and local businesses, making the Hamptons just a little bit healthier one week at a time,” said Hamptons Wellness Week co-founder Kiley DeMarco. “With the craziness of the summer season picking up, we wanted to keep convenience in the forefront.”
With no ticket or sign-up necessary, attendees are encouraged to use the deals and steals all week long within their own schedules. Local discounts will be provided, in a way similar to Hamptons Restaurant Week, and fitness fanatics (or beginners) can visit local businesses to take advantage of the wellness rebates. Some of the East End participants include The Yoga House in Hampton Bays, Well Within Studio in East Hampton, Erika Bloom Pilates Plus in East Hampton, df East End Asian Medicine in Bridgehampton, Breathe Zen Yoga, Ed & Pyllis Davis Wellness Institute in Hampton Bays, Exhale Spa in Bridgehampton and Deborah Thompson Day Spa in Montauk.
Hamptons Wellness Week founders Kiley DeMarco, of One Healthy Hamptons, and Anastasia Gavalas, of the Wing It Project, are ready to share their balanced and happy lifestyles with the East End community during the bi-annual happening.

In addition to the week of wellness, supporters are invited to a family-friendly event on Sunday, June 14th, from 1 to 4 p.m., at Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas in Westhampton Beach. The afternoon will include outdoor yoga classes, nutrition and acupuncture consults, shopping and testing out the hot tubs and saunas.
“Get ready for the most user-friendly Hamptons Wellness Week yet; anyone can take advantage,” said DeMarco. “No registration…no excuses!”
