Physique 57 Trading Traditional Studio Classes For Outdoor Hamptons Pop-Ups

On Saturday, July 4th, Physique 57 will launch their summer partnership with The Montauk Beach House (MBH). Pop-up classes will be held outdoors on the lawn of MBH on Saturday mornings throughout July at 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. The body-sculpting workouts, mix the most effective elements of cardio, strength training, and stretching during the 57 minute class.

The workouts at MBH will feature a mixed level full-body class that defines abs, arms, thighs and seat, using your own body weight and a ball as resistance. It will be similar to their studio class, just outside and without the barre.

To celebrate the launch, Physique 57, Poolside Collective, and ADAY are hosting Sweat and Shop. Following the inaugural classes on 4th of July, attendees will enjoy refreshments and can peruse through a selection of workout gear from ADAY during a trunk show at The Montauk Beach House.
