Quincy Davis, Balaram Stack And DJ Vashtie Hosting 3rd Annual Southampton Sweat

This summer, Juice Press, Bandier and Republic Records will join forces again to present the highly anticipated 3rd annual Southampton Sweat, a unique Hamptons festival that mixes music, juice, fashion, and wellness. Taking place at RD Management’s The Mill in Water Mill, for the first time ever, on Saturday, August 5, the fitness filled happening will be hosted by Quincy Davis, Balaram Stack and DJ Vashtie.

“We are thrilled to participate in the third year of Southampton Sweat, alongside Juice Press and Republic Records,” shared Jenn Bandier of Bandier. “There’s nothing we value more than community and we look forward to this event all year!”

With a focus on health and wellness through a specially curated selection of workout classes, attendees can expect a morning of challenging complimentary fitness classes that will be taught by New York City’s top studios and celebrity trainers, wellness activitations, delicious healthy bites and drink, and more.

“Surf culture like fitness culture both focus on strengthening the body and mind while extending outside the sport toward sharing experience and connecting with other like minded people, which is what Southampton Sweat is all about,” shared Leah Landon of the Juice Press.

This year’s Southampton Sweat will feature Dogpound, The Class by Taryn Toomey, AKT by Anna Kaiser, Switch Playground with Steve Uria, Solace Cross Fit with Kenny Santucci, Tone House, and Akin’s Army with Akin Akman.

“We’re thrilled to be hosting Southampton Sweat for the first time at The Mill,” added Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management. “The event, which promotes health and wellness to the community, aligns perfectly with our tenant mix, and is bound to bring not only great energy to the center but additional foot traffic from Water Mill and beyond.”

The first class will begin at 9 a.m. and workouts will wrap up at 1:30 p.m.

Early VIP Registration is $50, which grants attendees full access to all classes before they sell out and a Southampton Sweat T-shirt/swag with complimentary fitness classes, exclusive wellness and beauty products and lifestyle benefits.
