Jetsweat, an on-demand, customizable fitness platform, Bandit, a digitally native coffee startup, and Body Space Fitness (BSF), a NYC training facility, are inviting you to get those endorphins going for a great cause on Saturday, July 25.
Led by Kelvin Gary, owner of BSF, and Coach Ivana Bolf, a run and strength training class will take place at 10 a.m., held in support of Color of Change, the nation’s largest online racial justice organization (colorofchange.org).
“In everyday life, we all know how important it is to include physical activity into our daily routine, even if it’s for a quick sprint or burpee session,” BSF owner Kelvin Gary noted. “Now, more than ever, people need to work with their trainers, whether it is virtually or in person, to keep up immunity and of course, mindful health.”
The workout will commence at Bandit (670 Montauk Hwy C-1, Water Mill) with a run. Then, class-goers will be treated to a 25-minute full body workout that utilizes bodyweight and mini-bands.
For those unable to attend, the session will be live-streamed on the Jetsweat platform.
To participate, send a screenshot of a donation to Color of Change to jetsweat@savannahengel.com or a DM to @jetsweatfitness.
Spots are limited, masks are required and temperatures will be taken upon arrival.
