Digital Wellness Platform, beRevolutionarie, Now Hosting Socially Distant Fitness Classes In Montauk

With summer coming to an end, the popularity of outdoor fitness classes in the Hamptons does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Digital fitness platform, beRevolutionarie, has teamed up with Hero Beach Club in Montauk to provide 45-minute socially distant Condition & Flow classes led by beRevolutionarie founding trainer Drue de Milo every other Friday morning at 9:15 a.m.

“Condition and Flow is a full-body workout that utilizes your own core strength as resistance to target each muscle group and increase flexibility. I combine moves from barre, pilates, yoga, and beyond to keep your body guessing and work deeper,” de Milo explained. “There’s no cardio. But it takes stamina and the better you get, the harder it is.”

The next Condition & Flow class at Hero Beach Club is on Friday, September 18. “The socially distanced classes require no equipment, and I get to move with the clients, give real-time verbal adjustments, and of course, the fresh air is a game changer for everyone,” de Milo added.
