Barry’s Red Room Returns To The Hamptons

Just in time for the start of summer, Barry’s has re-opened the beloved high intensity boutique fitness brand’s Southampton and Wainscott outposts.

“We are so excited to have reopened our Barry’s Southampton and Wainscott studios,” Barry’s CEO Joey Gonzalez expressed.

The signature 50-minute HIIT classes feature 25 to 30 minutes of interval cardiovascular treadmill routines, as well as 25 to 30 minutes of strength training utilizing free weights, resistance bands, and other equipment. Justin Bieber, Jake Gyllenhaal, Kim Kardashian, Ellie Goulding, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, and numerous other A-list celebs, models – even Olympic athletes – are among fans of The Best Workout in the World®.

Barry’s Wainscott, which was Barry’s inaugural East End studio, is the only Hamptons location to feature “Double Floor Only” classes, and is also the only one to have a second studio (Studio B). The Southampton location is the latest Hamptons addition – and largest.

Classes will be offered at 100 percent capacity for those who are vaccinated and 50 percent capacity for those who are not, or who prefer to don a mask.

“With restrictions beginning to ease, we expect to see an increase in summer travel, and anticipate that our clientele will be ready to workout hard and have fun! (as well as Run, Lift, Rose),” Gonzalez added.
