Seaside Housework Sessions Coming To Montauk

Housework – which was named the Best Fitness App by Women’s Health – is coming to the Hamptons this summer. In July, Housework will present classes at Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa on select Fridays at Saturdays.

“I’m thrilled to be partnering with Gurney’s to bring Housework ocean-side for the month of July! We’ll be sweating to the beat of house music every weekend all month long,” Sydney Miller, founder of Housework, shared.

The full-body sculpting and conditioning workout pairs rhythm-based moves inspired by Pilates with cardio circuits that utilize flexibility, balance, and core strength. “Housework is a unique mix of Pilates and HIIT all choreographed to the beat of the music into combinations that keep your mind and body quite literally on your toes for 45 minutes,” Miller said.

Sessions will take place on Friday, July 2 at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, July 3 at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 10 at 10:00 a.m., Friday July 16 at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, July 17 at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 23 at 8:30 a.m., and Saturday, July 24 at 10:00 a.m.

Classes are $45 per class.
