Ruschmeyer’s in Montauk is partnering with one of New York City’s premiere athletic based training program, Tone House, for a summer wellness partnership program that launches on Saturday, June 17.
The model approved workout, which counts Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model and Victoria’s Secret Angel Nina Agdal as a fan, features team-oriented, competitive, exciting, and supportive classes that aim to help attendees “unleash their inner athlete.”

“Tone House is the most intense workout I do. I do Barry’s Bootcamp on Thursday because it’s all abs,” Agdal told Health magazine. “I have my personal trainer, Andy Speer, who’s amazing, and then I do SLT for Pilates.”
The extreme, athletic-based group fitness studio’s goal is “to bring sports conditioning workouts to the mainstream and help individuals improve their mental and physical health and become better overall athletes and people.” Tone House’s program was created by Alonzo Wilson, Founder & Director of Training, and the focus – TH 101, Lower Body, Upper Body, Core, Total Body, or Conditioning – is altered on a daily based, meaning workoutgoers will avoid plateaus. Classes last about an hour and Tone House recommends only taking one session per day to allow for proper rest and recovery.
