SLT – the celeb approved workout that counts Sofia Vergara, Alicia Keys, Nina Agdal, Emmy Rossum, and Sara Sampaio as fans – is relaunching its summer residency in the Hamptons over Memorial Day weekend.
“SLT is the perfect workout for making sure you look and feel your best all summer long, toning the muscles that matter most for beach season,” said Amanda Freeman, SLT Founder/CEO. “Clients can expect to see some of their favorite instructors in the Hamptons, plus summer playlists and serious reSuLTs!”
The challenging, high intensity, low-impact workout – during which you Strengthen (your core), Lengthen (your limits), and tone (your body) – will be offered at its studios in East Hampton and Southampton. The 50-minute classes combine low-impact Pilates movements with cardio and strength training, which is done on a Megaformer.
“This is our favorite time of the year at SLT. We love opening our studios in East Hampton and Southampton for the summer season!” Freeman added. “It’s so much fun seeing clients from all NY-area studios making SLT part of their summer plans out East. We also get to meet a lot of newbies who are brought to classes by friends, girlfriends, and family members.”
