Hamptons-Based Gyms Presenting Spin And Zumba Classes In Support Of The Fight Against Breast Cancer

On Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27, sweat it out with Hamptons Gym Corp for a great cause.

Hamptons Gym Corp.’s Southampton and Sag Harbor outposts will host several benefit spin and Zumba classes throughout the weekend in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

“Big changes start with US, help us help others!” Rebeca Olender, Southampton Facility and Group Fitness Manager, TRIBE Master Coach and TRIBE Head Coach, relayed.

On Saturday, October 26, the Southampton location will offer Spin with Rebeca at 7:15 a.m., Spin with Will at 9:30 a.m., and Zumba with Julio, Rita, and Eleney at 10:40 a.m., while Sunday, October 27 will feature Spin with Rebeca at 7:15 a.m., Spin with Mirna at 8:30 a.m., and Spin with Oneikka at 9:35 a.m.

On Saturday, October 26, the Sag Harbor Gym will present Spin with Kerrie and Oneikka at 8:15 a.m. and Spin with Carrie and Oneikka at 9:30 a.m., and on Sunday, October 27 there will be Spin with Carli, Cindy, and Lindsey at 9:30 a.m., Spin with Kristen at 10:30 a.m., and Zumba with Sabrina at 11:45 a.m.

The fundraising classes are open to members as well as non-members. Class-goers are asked to donate a minimum of $25 per class, all of which will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Women’s Coalition. Participants will receive a complimentary t-shirt.

There will also be pink bracelets available for purchase for $5.
