“Shop ’til You Drop is a fund raiser for Lucia’s Angels and the Coalition for Women’s Cancers at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital,” explained Aimee Dallob of Felt Fantastic Knits.
The one day only holiday shopping extravaganza that is organized by Vicki Durand of Vicki Knits will take place on Saturday, November 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“There will be 15 or more vendors each donating a prize, and table fees and proceeds from the Chinese Auction will go to the charity,” Dallob explained.
Those showcasing their exceptional goods include Vicki Knits, Felt Fantastic Knits, Sag Harbor Glass, Pampered Chef, South Fork Bakery, Pink Nose Dog Treats/Country Candles, Cathy Suter Ceramics, Carolyn Munaco Stained Glass, Happily Beading, Thirty-One Gifts, Vicki’s Veggies, Jody Gambino Jewelry, Paula’s Organic Skincare, Laura Mott Driftwood Ornaments, and more.

With such a wide breadth of items offered, it’ll be a breeze to find something for even the pickiest on your list. “Vendors will be offering jewelry, handmade knits, fused glass, organic skin care, handmade jellies, soaps and candles, baked goods, Pampered Chef, fall veggies, beaded handbags, ceramics and more,” Dallob added.
The Coalition for Women’s Cancers at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital is dedicated to “early detection and empowerment to bring about better health care and an improved quality of life,” while Lucia’s Angels is committed to “helping women and families on Eastern Long Island with late-stage women’s cancers including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and uterine cancer.”
“We’re thankful to all of the local vendors that are volunteering their time and services to help raise funds for women living with cancer on the East End,” shared Susie Roden, President, Coalition for Women’s Cancers at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, and Stacy Quarty, Vice President, Coalition for Women’s Cancers at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital and President, Lucia’s Angels. “We’re looking forward to this annual event and hope that everyone who comes out finds some great gifts for their loved ones, and themselves!”
