Why did The Surf Lodge partner with Revo sunglasses this summer?

MH: The Surf Lodge partnered with Revo this summer to complement our partnership with Be Well. Be Well brought Revo to my attention and I fell in love with the brand because of its sporty but at the same time, sleek and sexy look. I thought these were perfect to support our wellness programs and also for the chic Surf Lodge crowd.

It’s clear that the Hamptons community really cares about health and wellness. What are some ways the community can participate in these activities through The Surf Lodge?

MH: The community can participate by attending our impactful talk series at The Surf Lodge which really focuses on all areas of health and wellness. We have some of the biggest names in the wellness space coming to The Surf Lodge this summer to speak about their areas of expertise and East Enders can learn from these professionals.

What are some must-do health and wellness things that everyone should be doing this summer?

MH: Cryotherapy facials are awesome! The cooling effect feels really great in the heat and it helps with inflammation that can creep up with sunburns! IV Vitamin drips are awesome and help to rehydrate after one too many glasses of rosé. Also taking time to meditate outdoors by the ocean or somewhere tranquil is very important.
