Judging by the full parking lot at Lobster Roll on Montauk Highway in Amagansett on Friday, the 2021 Season has officially begun. Co-owners Andrea Anthony and Paul DeAngelis and their dedicated Staff put the finishing touches on the new bakery and bar areas to welcome the guests.
