Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is thrilled to unveil the distinguished honorees for its upcoming Summer Gala, set to dazzle on Saturday, July 6 at the iconic Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor. Prepare for an unforgettable evening of entertainment as we rally support for Bay Street’s vital educational initiatives, spotlighting this year’s esteemed honorees: the incomparable Neil Patrick Harris, the multifaceted David Burtka, and the esteemed community advocate Dr. Georgette Grier-Key.
Indulge in culinary delights, inventive libations, and spirited bidding at their live auction, guided by the charismatic Richard Kind. And be prepared to be wowed by an all-star performance that promises to leave you breathless.
“The gala is always THE biggest and most important fundraising event of the year as it helps support all of the artists who work at Bay Street as well as the educational programming that lie at the center of Bay Street’s mission,” says Tracy Mitchell, Executive Director. “Bay Street works hard to create inclusivity for everyone including ‘Pay What You Can Nights,’ ‘Free Student Sundays,’ free theater for schools every fall, and so much more. Bolstered by a policy that “Anyone who wishes to have access to the arts will have it, we promise you that your investment will go far at Bay Street Theater.”
This year’s Gala Co-Chairs, David Fink and Flora Schnall, lead the charge in honoring the memory of Luigi Caiola, a cherished friend and esteemed member of the theater community, alongside the Bay Street Theater Board of Trustees and all who cherished him.
Join us for a night of celebration and philanthropy as we champion the arts and enrich our community together.
