For William Ris Gallery’s latest exhibition, the Jamesport-based gallery will showcase a selection work from The Full Moon Arts Collective artists.
“William Ris Gallery is excited to partner with Full Moon Arts Collective to bring paintings, photographs, sculptures and mixed-media works by this talented group of artists to our clientele on the North Fork and beyond,” Mary Cantone, William Ris Gallery owner, shared.
The Full Moon Arts Collective was established in 2005 by artist Ronnie Weiner, with the goal of providing a collaborative environment where artists of varying mediums could learn from each other as they create innovative pieces. In 2018, Ronnie, along with artist Anna Jurinich, welcomed a new group of East End artists to the East Moriches-based collective.
[email protected] encompasses paintings, photographs, collage, sculpture and mixed media artworks. “This is the first collaboration of this kind for both groups and we’ve been thrilled by the early response to the exhibit,” Cantone noted.
