This year’s Bridgehampton Benefit, The Children Matter, will be bigger and better than ever, with appearances by special guests rock legend Gene Simmons of KISS, Country Crush singer Sophie Simmons (yes, that’s Gene’s daughter), and America’s Got Talent finalist Sal Valentinetti.
Taking place on Saturday, July 29 at Southampton Arts Center, the MATTER and the Starkey Hearing Foundation charity event will feature a meet and greet with celebrities, an art auction, silent and live auctions, an art gallery curated by Paton Miller, delicious food and drinks, a fashion show, and much more.
“It will be for sure the Hamptons event to be at this summer,” noted Bridgehampton Benefit Founder Jason E. Zimmerman, CEO of Bridgehampton Equities.
Founded to support “the simple belief that the lives of children around the world matter,” proceeds will help fund schools, hospitals, and clinics, as well as launch educational programs for children who are deaf and hard of hearing.
The benefit will begin with a cocktail event from 5 to 8 p.m., where partygoers can mingle with celeb guests, enjoy a fashion show with appearances by special guest models from the deaf and hard of hearing communities, check out a live art auction and enjoy local artist performances. From 8 to 11 p.m., attendees will enjoy dinner, celebrity artist performances, a live auction, and music and music by celebrity DJ Aiden Jude.
Additionally, those that purchase a VIP ticket will also be invited to join the Brigehampton Benefit for a Private Cocktail Party on Friday and Pool Party + 4 rounds of golf at Sebonack on Sunday.
Tickets begin at $500.
