OLA (Organización Latino-Americana) of Eastern Long Island’s annual Pachanga festivity will return to Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor on Friday, April 19. This year’s theme is Fuerza Y Alma, which means Strength and Soul.
“OLA’s 2019 Pachanga: Fuerza Y Alma is a celebration of our entire community’s strength and soul,” Minerva Perez, OLA of Eastern Long Island Executive Director, relayed.
From 7 to 11 p.m. there will be plenty of live music, featuring Mambo Loco, Mila Tina, and special guests, lots of dancing, a full bar, and more.
“We will feature new and emerging performers introduced by MilaTina and then let Mambo Loco bring it home with Salsa rhythms,” Perez noted.
Admission to OLA’s 2019 Pachanga: Fuerza Y Alma is $20.
OLA established the yearly gathering to offer a unique way to unify the East End, and provide a sense of community through music.
“This is our 3rd Pachanga at Bay Street!” she added.
OLA is “committed to promoting social, economic, cultural, and educational development within Long Island’s East End Latino and Hispanic communities.” The nonprofit “strives to empower, inform and celebrate our varied Latino and Hispanic communities while building bridges within the larger East End community that help to foster understanding and harmony.”
