Ante Up For A Great Cause At This Hamptons Texas Hold ’em Poker Tournament

Make sure that your poker face is on point on Saturday, November 23 when the Kiwanis Club of Southampton Town presents the 6th Annual Fundraising “NO LIMIT” Texas Hold ’em Poker Tournament.

“This is a great event whether you are a beginner or expert, because we are all striving to help the KIDS in our community be WINNERS!” Kiwanis President Scott Wilson noted.

Once again taking place at the Southampton Elks Lodge, the evening will commence at 6 p.m. with registration. The cards will hit the table at 7 p.m. sharp. The evening will also include dinner and an open bar.

There will be a $100 buy in – with thousands of dollars in prizes up for grabs, including a trip to Las Vegas for two with airfare and accommodations, a 60 inch flat screen TV, and much more. The top ten players will walk away with an impressive reward. Players will start with a stack of 3000 chips and those that pre-register will receive an extra 500 bonus chips.

“You can’t go wrong with dinner, an open bar, and a good cause,” Wilson added. “Are you ‘All In’?”

Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Kiwanis Club of Southampton Town’s General Fund in support of children’s groups and organizations based within the area, like the Flying Point Foundation for Autism and scholarships for local students. The Southampton branch, which was founded in 1975, is part of the global Kiwanis organization, a group of dedicated volunteers that are passionate about changing the world, one child and one community at a time.
