Bridgehampton Bar Inviting You To “Wig Out” Before The New Year

Always dreamed of dying your hair a crazy color or doing something drastic, but never have the nerve? Now’s the time to test out it without regret.

On Tuesday, December 27th, “Wig Out” at Zigmund’s Bar in Bridgehampton during a festive, themed party.

“Wigs are life,” noted Jason Weiner, Co-Owner of Zigmund’s. “Why not spice up the holiday season with a throwback wig party?” Whether it is from a previous Halloween costume or themed gathering, chances are you own at least one wig or know someone you can borrow one from for the evening.

Zigmund’s’ “Wig Out Party” will kick-off at 9 p.m., and the evening will feature music by DJ Twilo, who will entertain the crowd with Motown, Hip Hop n beyond.

“Everyone feels the groove once they don a wig!” he added.

Zigmund’s will have a jam-packed lineup on Wednesday, December 28th that will feature Live Music Wednesday series hosts Klyph Black and Fred Raimondo from 7 to 7:30 p.m., Jim Turner from 7:30 to 8 p.m., The Woodworkers from 8 to 9 p.m., Open Mic (performers are limited to one song only) from 9 to 9:30 p.m., Laura Hoch from 9:30 to 10 p.m. and Jenna Woodson from 10 to 11 p.m.

East Enders will have another chance to show off their vocals during Karaoke Night on Thursday, December 29th from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.

On Friday, December 30th, Zigmund’s is throwing it back to the 90s when the Wild Rose (a popular bar that previously resided at Zigmund’s locale) house band, Gene Casey & The Lone Sharks, take the stage at 9 p.m.

Zigmund’s will ring in the New Year with music from DJ Drop D from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on New Year’s Eve.
