Life@Nite: The Dreaded Countdown To Labor Day Weekend Begins

The Surf Lodge’s (183 Edgemere Street, Montauk, www.thesurflodge.com) Summer Concert Series will feature Fever High, as part of Lo-Fi Aperitifs’ Lo-Fi Live series, and Oak & Ash on Friday, Bayli on Saturday, and AlunaGeorge on Sunday.

The Montauk Beach House (55 South Elmwood Avenue, Montauk, thembh.com) will welcome Doug Walker of The Lost & Found Collection for phase 2, the Opening Reception of the Dan Merkel Archive – featuring some of surfing’s greatest legends, on Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. Seen (“legendary Riddims by masterful djs”) also returns on Friday with sets from Jack Luber and Selecta’ Peppa’ from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. On Saturday, Murmrr is presenting The Michael D’Addario Group, a supergroup made of The Lemon Twigs and members of MGMT, at 5 p.m.

George’s Lighthouse Café (2000 Montauk Highway, Montauk, www.georgeslighthousecafe.com) will present Annie from 2 to 4 p.m. and Nancy Atlas from 5:30 p.m. to sunset on Friday, DJ Bo ‘Sun from 3:30 p.m. to sunset on Saturday, the Waylan Brothers from 12 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, and Omar from 12 to 3 p.m., followed by Lynn Blue Band from 6 p.m. to sunset on Monday.

On Wednesday, Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, stephentalkhouse.com) will welcome Leslie Mendelson at 8 p.m. and Karaoke with Helen “The Diva” McGuire at 10 p.m. Lucky Chops kicks Thursday off at 8 p.m., followed by The Brooklyn Hits at 10 p.m. Friday features Patty Smyth & Scandal at 8 p.m. and Rubix Kube at 10 p.m. Saturday’s jam-packed with Black & Sparrow at 7 p.m., Roctopus at 9 p.m., and Saved by the 90’s Party! with Bayside Tigers at 11 p.m. On Sunday, join the Talkhouse as they celebrate the iconic venue’s owner during Nick’s Surprise Birthday Party!! with Dollarman and the Easy Skanking Band at 10 p.m. Monday means it’s time for Raph Odell Shapiro at 8 p.m. and Outrageous Open Mic Night at 10 p.m. Tuesday brings Ricky and the Rockets featuring GE Smith – Supertramp’s Rick Davies, Mike Reilly of Pure Prairie League, and Friends – at 8 p.m. and LHT at 10 p.m.

Sets begin around 5 p.m.

Townline BBQ’s (3593 Townline Road, Sagaponack, www.townlinebbq.com) Friday The Bands, Brews & BBQ concert will feature the Waylan Brothers, who will take the stage at 6 p.m.

Water Mill:

DJ Malwah is spinning at Calissa (1020 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, www.calissahamptons.com) on Friday, and The Kings are back on Saturday for the last performance of the season showcasing Cristo and Rafael of the Gipsy Kings.

Prostate Cancer Foundation is hosting its annual Gala in the Hamptons at Parrish Art Museum (279 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, www.pcf.org) on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. The evening will feature dining, dancing and fun – with the evening commencing with cocktails and dinner followed by a special performance by John Fogerty and other surprise musical guests.

Southampton:
