Still looking for something to do on New Year’s Eve? Spend the evening at one of these East End extravaganzas.
Nick & Toni’s (136 North Main Street, East Hampton, www.nickandtonis.com) will present a la carte specials from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by a four-course Chef’s tasting prix fixe menu at 8 p.m. The evening will also encompass a champagne toast, hats, noise makers, balloons and a departing gift from the chef.
Calissa (1020 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, www.calissahamptons.com) is hosting a seated four course dinner with a Veuve Clicquot Midnight Toast, as well as a Mediterranean Mezze and Veuve Clicquot Midnight Toast at the Bar. DJ Tony Kerr & DJ Ice Spin will provide a fun mix of 90’s classics in the lounge.
Long Island Aquarium & Exhibition Center (431 East Main Street, Riverhead, 631-208-9200, www.longislandaquarium.com) is throwing a family friendly happening that begins at 6:30 p.m. Little ones will adore the penguin meet & greet, crafts, and the mock midnight toast, while all ages will enjoy the tunes and dancing, a buffet, and dessert and ice cream bar. There will also be a cocktail hour. The soiree will wrap up at 11 p.m.
Page at 63 Main (63 Main Street, Sag Harbor, www.page63main.com) is celebrating the New Year with a Roaring 2020s gathering. A 3-course meal will be available at 6:30 p.m., while a 4-course dinner will begin at 9:30 p.m. The evening will also feature a champagne toast and music from Joe Lauro and the Hoodoo Loungers.
You can chuckle your way into the New Year during Suffolk Theater’s (118 East Main Street, Riverhead, 631-727-4343, www.suffolktheater.com) Laugh, Dine and Dance gathering. Headliners will include Dennis Rooney (Caroline’s NYC, LI Comedy Scene), Scott Schendlinger (NYC Comedy Scene; Foxwoods, Stand-Up NY), Scott Schendlinger (NYC Comedy Scene; Foxwoods, Stand-Up NY), and Carie Karavas (AC, Vegas, Kevin Can Wait, National headliner). The laughs start at 8 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. Following the comedy show, there will be a dance party with music from DJ Phil that starts at 10 p.m.
Southampton Inn’s (91 Hill Street, Southampton, 631-283-6500, www.southamptoninn.com) annual New Year’s Eve Gala will take place from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. The evening will feature dinner, dancing, a DJ, dessert, premium bar, midnight toast, and more.
Southampton Social Club’s (256 Elm Street, Southampton, 631-287-1400, www.southamptonsocialclub.com) soiree will boast a champagne toast at midnight, party favors, hors d’oeuvres, a 4-hour open bar with top shelf liquor brands, coverage of the ball drop live from Times Square, music, and more. Attendees have the option to add a 4-course dinner, presented by award winning Chef Scott Kampf and bottle service to their celebration. The NYE celebration will take place from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and dinner seating will start at 7 p.m.
Lulu Kitchen and Bar (126 Main Street, Sag Harbor, www.lulusagharbor.com) will kick-off their festivities with an la carte menu, offered until 7 p.m., followed by a chef’s tasting menu, with a 4-course meal and champagne toast. Additionally, in the “Lulu Lounge,” a family style 4-course meal will be available and there will be music by DJ Jeph starting at 9 p.m.
Headliners at Stephen Talkhouse (161 Main Street, Amagansett, 631-267-3117, stephentalkhouse.com) will include GE Smith and Friends at 7 p.m. and Booga Sugar at 10 p.m.
Cowfish (258 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, cowfishrestaurant.com) is hosting its annual Champagne & Confetti gathering. There will be three seatings (8 p.m., 8:30 p.m., and 9 p.m.) featuring a four-course chef’s menu, as well as music from a DJ, party favors, a balloon drop, and a champagne toast at midnight.
75 Main (75 Main Street, Southampton, 75main.com) will have music from Eren AB, as well as a prix fixe menu, starting at 8 p.m.
Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa’s (290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk, 631-668-2345, www.gurneysmontauk.com) fête will have a “Roaring 20’s” vibe. Attendees, who are encouraged to don their best Gatsby-inspired attire, will enjoy live 20’s-inspired jazz, as well as music from a DJ, a toast to the New Year with a glass of bubbly, a photo booth, a premium open bar, a raw bar and passed hors d’oeuvres prepared by Chef Dane. On New Year’s Day, there will be a Polar Bear Plunge, held in support of The Retreat, at 10:30 a.m. Doors for the NYE Party open at 8 p.m.
New Year’s Eve at Almond (1 Ocean Road, Bridgehampton, www.almondrestaurant.com ) will feature a special locally sourced four-course prix fixe menu at 9 p.m. Then, attendees will revel in the last moments of 2019 and a champagne toast will take place at midnight.
Union Cantina’s (40 Bowden Square, Southampton, 631-377-3500, www.unioncantina.net) New Year’s Eve party will kick-off at 9 p.m. The evening will include a 4-hour top shelf open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a buffet dinner and dessert table, live music from Deep C Revival & DJ Disco Pauly, coverage of the Times Square ball drop, and more.
The Clubhouse (www.ehitclubhouse.com) will host The Black Party (black attire request). Doors open at 9:30 p.m. and there will be passed hors d’oeuvres, party favors, a taco bar, Go Go dancers, music by James Ryan, A.K.A JRiNVENT, and more.

The Champagne Party, which will feature music from a DJ, food, cocktails, dancing, and more, will take place from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Forget the traditional champagne toast and spice it up this year with Coche Comedor’s (74A Montauk Highway, Amagansett, www.cochecomedor.com) tap margarita midnight toast. The Amagansett eatery’s regular menu will be offered until 10 p.m. and the full raw bar and ceviche menu will be served after 10 p.m.
