The 22nd Annual Hamptons Tea Dance, the largest LGBT rights fundraiser in the Hamptons, was hosted by Empire State Pride Agenda with Supreme Court DOMA plaintiff Edie Windsor, Southampton Town Councilman Brad Bender and DJ Lady Bunny. On Saturday, July 12, 2014, more than 1,000 LGBT supporters enjoyed an evening of dancing, drinks and delicious dishes at the rolling fields of the Nova’s Ark Project during ArtHamptons.
All proceeds benefited the Empire State Pride Agenda, who works to constantly protect LGBT New Yorkers from discrimination and harmful therapy practices. Empire State Pride Agenda is committed to equality and justice and helps support the LGBT community by educating policymakers and the public, lobbying government officials, building coalitions and mobilizing allies and organizing and empowering supporters.

During the event, attendees showed their support while enjoying riveting music from the renowned DJ Lady Bunny and cocktails provided by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Coors Light and Barefoot Wines. The event also offered family fun for all ages with a play area sponsored by Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams where children enjoyed dancing, laughter, ice cream and fun.
