Dawn Jacobs Joins Town & Country Real Estate

Town & Country Real Estate has welcomed real estate salesperson Dawn Jacobs to the Town & Country Real Estate’s Mattituck office. “Choosing Town & Country was a natural fit,” Jacobs noted.

Jacobs, who grew up in Montauk, has always been fascinated by real estate, even at a young age. During her youth, Jacobs spent time with her grandmother in the late 70’s investigating “The End,” which looked dramatically different, in search of the ideal property to build their family home on. This led to a fondness for both architecture and the evolving market.

Before settling on the North Fork, Jacobs resided in East Hampton. Now, Jacobs and her family call Baiting Hollow home. During her free time, Jacobs appreciates the outdoors, spending time camping on the beach, fishing, and more recently golfing. She is also very active within her community and can often be found on the sidelines of her daughter’s sporting outings cheering her on. Jacobs also serves as an Emergency 911 and Police dispatcher for a local police department.

The East End native has experiences as both a home-buyer and seller, which provides invaluable insight.
