Christie Brinkley has reportedly found a buyer for her harborfront Sag Harbor home. The online listing for the Colonial North Haven manor, which was built in 1843, notes that the contract has been signed.

It was listed back in 2016 for $25 million and the current online listing has the property priced at $17,999,000. Located on 4.5 acres, the 5 bedroom estate features 5,500 square feet of living space, including a kitchen with soapstone and marble counters, formal dining, a spacious living room, great room, and 5.5 baths. Its covet worthy master suite has its own sitting room and terrace that takes advantage of the house’s panoramic harbor views. The Timeless Beauty author’s historic abode showcases many period details, such as the grand columns covering two facades, wide-plank pine floors, and several cozy fireplaces.
