Locals and visitors alike headed to Sag Harbor for a village-wide winter celebration that showcased two extreme elements — fire and ice. Attendees watched in awe as Harborfrost kicked off with brave souls taking a frosty plunge, and the fun continued with ice carving demonstrations, live music performances, indoor children’s activities, the Hysterical Society’s Culinary Stroll, fire jugglers and dancers, Fireworks by Grucci over the harbor, and more.
