Comedy Tour Stops In The Hamptons Over The Holiday Weekend

The holidays can be stressful, so take advantage of an evening of impromptu hilarity when “The Upright Citizens Brigade Tour Company” stops at Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor over Thanksgiving Weekend. On Saturday, November 30, some of the funniest comedians from UCB’s New York and Los Angeles will take the stage for 90 minutes of improv entertainment.

Named “Hot Farm Team” by Rolling Stone magazine and “Best Comedy Club” by The Village Voice, The UCB Theatre (UCBT) is widely known for presenting the nation’s next wave of comedic geniuses. Matt Besser, Amy Poehler, Ian Roberts and Matt Walsh brought The Upright Citizens Brigade to New York from Chicago in 1996, and also launched a training program in 1997, after noticing the lack of “Chicago-style” longform improvisation in the city. Former UCB members include Ed Helms, Horatio Sanz, Jack McBrayer, Bobby Moynihan, Aubrey Plaza, Adam Pally, Rob Riggle, Ellie Kemper, Lennon Parham, Rob Corddry, and Zach Woods.
