“It’s an honor and privilege to kickoff summer in Hamptons with the first inaugural Hamptons International Comedy Festival at Gurney’s,” expressed Hamptons International Comedy Festival (HICF) Founder, Jason Dudek of HPR Entertainment.
Dudek has partnered with LDV Hospitality and Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa for a two-day comedy showcase on Thursday, May 28th and Friday, May 29th. Veteran comic Butch Bradley will headline the event and also serve as co-producer. Bradley will be joined by New York-based comedian Marla Schultz, who will co-headline the extravaganza. The side-splittingly funny comedians joined forces with Dudek this past New Year’s Eve for a Stand Up Comedy Special at the Sag Harbor Cinema.
“Butch and Marla did such a fantastic job at Sag Harbor Cinema on New Year’s Eve that we are back by popular demand this summer at Gurney’s with the first HICF,” noted Dudek.

Dudek and Bradley have been teaming up in the world of comedy for over a decade, and Schultz has worked with Bradley on several projects. Bradley, who is currently on tour, was the star of Dudek’s award-winning documentary, “Open Mic,” which also featured Dave Chappelle, Jim Bruer, Bobcat Goldwhait, Brian Reagan, and the late Richard Jeni. Schultz, who has acted on several television shows including “Men of a Certain Age” and “Dirt,” can currently be seen performing at top New York comedy clubs as well as theaters around the country.
The Hamptons International Comedy Festival will be followed by a second summer installment and a gala award show in Los Angeles.
Tickets are $20 per show or $30 for a festival pass.
