Have you ever wondered what makes the Jonas Brothers get along? Or wanted shocking “romance tips” from Tommy Lee?
On Friday, August 21st, Guild Hall is taking a look at (and maybe poking a little fun at) Hollywood elite during their new edition of “Celebrity Autobiography.” Created and developed by Emmy award nominated writer-performer Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel, the show answers burning questions about your favorite notable names during the one-night only performance. “Celebrity Autobiography: In Their Own Word” has been featured on Bravo, as an off-Broadway production, internationally (from London’s West End to the Sydney Opera House), and in the Hamptons.
The production takes the mind-blowing, outrageous, “did they really just write that” celebrity memoirs and acts them out live, by a cast of hilarious entertainers. Featuring passages from the likes of J.Lo to Streisand, and Beyonce, Bieber and beyond, the evening at Guild Hall will also showcase special dueling mash-ups that have never been seen before. “Funniest Show in Town, Hands down!” said the New York Post.
This year’s production will include Debbie Harry, Susan Lucci, Ralph Macchio, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, Alan Zweibel and more. Performances will take place at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. (which will also feature Christie Brinkley and Brooke Shields).
Tickets are $38 to $75.
Guild Hall is located at 158 Main Street in East Hampton. For more information, call 631-324-0806 or visit www.guildhall.org.
