Spearheaded by Richard Remmer, owner of The Snapper Inn Waterfront Restaurant, and Chuck Westfall, President of the Long Island Oyster Growers Association, along with Nicole Castillo of Long Island Restaurant Week, this event promises to pay homage to the delectable Long Island oyster.

The offerings encompass a wide spectrum, from $1 oysters and $2 oysters to tantalizing oyster samplers, appetizers, and full-blown oyster entrées.
