the ness, beloved BIPOC and female-founded trampoline-based fitness method, has announced the launch of its second studio at Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton, N.Y. The new invitation-only location, an expansion of the ness’ studio presence in Tribeca, will be home to weekly bounce, sculpt and stretch classes taught by world-class trainers.
The Topping Rose House studio will operate on an invitation-only model, in which the ness found success when opening their Tribeca location. The opposite of exclusionary, the approach serves as a way to create the most intimate and comforting space possible for guests – allowing the trainers to preserve and control the energy of the space while having the capacity to spend intentional time with everyone who walks in the door.
“Working out can be a vulnerable and overwhelming experience as you start something new, enter a class space, sweat and manage your relationship with your body in front of strangers,” said Aly Giampolo, Co-founder of the ness. “Being invite-only allows us to cultivate a personal community atmosphere that’s difficult, if not impossible, to achieve in a larger crowd of strangers. By curating a group of people that mesh well together, we’re able to build a foundation that forms long-lasting bonds.”
The ness is the first brand to take over Topping Rose House’s fitness programming in its entirety, which came to life after multiple week-long residencies at the hotel. Based on engagement and feedback from prior activations, Topping Rose House anticipates having the ness on-site full-time will be a huge hit with guests and the Bridgehampton community.
