It’s the height of the Hamptons summer season, so that means a bit of R&R is in order! Check out some of Jessica’s favorite places to relax, rejuvenate, and refresh, whether you’re spending time Out East or in Manhattan.

As the mother of two, a former Wall Street executive, and lifelong beauty enthusiast, my days are usually packed with meetings, school pickups, content shoots, and everything in between. But no matter how busy life gets, I always carve out time for skincare and self-care. When I need a moment to reset or a pre-event glow-up, there are a handful of places I always turn to. Whether I’m in the Hamptons or the city, these beauty destinations never let me down.

HAMPTONS HAVENS

Gurney’s Seawater Spa:

After a major renovation at the renowned resort, Gurney’s spa is a coastal sanctuary. Its Soin Triple Lift Facial with Biologique Recherche is my favorite post–beach day pick-me-up. Add in the seawater pool and ocean views, and it’s a full-on wellness moment. 290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk

Shou Sugi Ban House:

For the ultimate reset, Shou Sugi Ban House is everything. The Harmony Facial combines Tata Harper skincare with sound therapy and massage; it’s truly next-level self-care. I leave feeling balanced, inside and out. 337 Montauk Highway, Water Mill

AIREM Aesthetic Spa:

This spa in residence at Topping Rose House blends Korean beauty rituals with modern technology. I love the HydraDerm Facial; it’s a powerhouse treatment that leaves my skin plump, clear, and glowing. HARD-WORKING CITY FIXES

Tracie Martyn:

When I have an event or a photo shoot, I book the Red Carpet Facial at Tracie Martyn. It uses microcurrent and amber LED light to lift and sculpt—and the results are immediate. It’s one of those “I didn’t get filler, I just slept really well” kinds of facials. I always walk out looking more awake and refreshed. 156 Fifth Avenue, NYC

Joanna Vargas:

Joanna Vargas’s facials are high-tech meets high-touch. Her Triple Crown Facial is a longtime favorite featuring microcurrent, oxygen therapy, and facial massage. Glo Spa NY is my secret weapon in downtown Manhattan. Its Diamond Glow and JetPeel facials are incredible for deep exfoliation and hydration; they’re both perfect before a big event or after a long week. It also offers treatments like Laser Genesis and Oxygeneo, which leave my skin looking refreshed and radiant. Hydration is key— before and after treatments. I also love all the Korean beauty collagen masks!

Stick to what works. Don’t overdo it with too many facials and harsh skin treatments

Plan ahead, especially Out East as everything fills up fast.

Take your skincare with you. I always pack a mini routine post-facial that I know I love.
