The Hampton Ballet Theatre School (HBTS) is excited to present their twelfth annual production of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s beloved Nutcracker on Friday, December 17 at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 18 at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Stony Brook Southampton’s Avram Theater, 239 Montauk Highway, Southampton, New York, 11968.
Advance ticket prices range from $25-$45 and day of performance ticket prices range from $30-$50, depending on the designated section. Premium, orchestra, balcony, and box seats are available at rates for both children (under 12 years of age) and adults. Group rates for all performances are available for groups consisting of 10 or more people.
The ballet is choreographed by the director of HBTS, Sara Jo Strickland, and includes beautiful costumes designed and hand sewn by Yuka Silvera, Sara Jo Strickland, and Kate McManus and lighting design by Frank Imperiale. HBTS Apprentice Holiday Bovio will be featured along with our Pro Student Level 8 advanced dancers Corrina Castillo, Lauren Halsey, Marrina Jacka, Ana Kastrati, and Sedona Silvera, who will be performing their final Nutcracker this year and will all dance featured roles with special guest artists from New York City.
Hampton Ballet Theatre School’s Nutcracker will enchant those of all ages, as the students of HBTS transport the audience to a land where angels, snowflakes, and flowers
