HOUSEWORK Founder & SoulCycle Master Instructor Sydney Miller will be hosting morning workouts set to good beats and beautiful views at Gurney’s Montauk!
For the second year in a row, Sydney will be hosting her signature HOUSEWORK class at Gurney’s over weekends in July. HOUSEWORK is a unique workout that combines pilates and HIIT for a full-body sculpting and conditioning class set to the beat of electronic and house music. Complimentary for hotel guests and open with registration to non-resort guests ($50), Sydney’s high energy workout and encouraging attitude is the perfect way to start a day in the Hamptons!
