Last month Farm Rio opened its first U.S. store in SoHo, and now one of Brazil’s most beloved clothing and lifestyle brands is visiting “The End” for the summer with a pop up at The Surf Lodge featuring its High Summer collection.
“Following the opening of our first U.S. store in Soho last month, we’re thrilled to be setting up shop at Surf Lodge for the summer and bringing the energy and vibration of a true carioca summer to Montauk through our colorful pieces and Rio-inspired prints,” Katia Barros, Co-Founder and Creative Director at Farm Rio, shared.
Shoppers can embrace the spirit of Rio with summer essentials, such as swimwear and sarongs that are adorned with gorgeous, statement hues and prints which were inspired by the Amazon rainforest.
Kátia Barros and Marcello Bastos founded Farm Rio in 1997 and the brand was quickly embraced by the community. Now, the brand is turning its attention to the global market with Rio’s inaugural U.S. collection that “blends nature and city with the energy only found in Brazil’s most radiant city.”
The Farm Rio Montauk Pop Up will open on Friday, May 24 and remain open through Monday, September 2. The shop be open on Thursday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
