Natalie Lewis is a hard woman to keep up with. She’s a mother of two and an 8 year old Golden
Doodle, a top real estate agent at Saunders & Associates in Westhampton Beach, a social events coordinator at Aspatuck Tennis Club, an instagrammer, and as of late, a tik tocker. She has loads of energy, and her energy is infectious. As a top real estate agent in the Hamptons, she embodies the lifestyle of what it means to live on the East End and her faith in herself and also her faith in God has brought her huge success in the real estate business. We sat down with Natalie to find out what’s on her mind with real estate and career success.
Is The Hamptons Market Shifting?
Natalie: The market is shifting. The overall urgency to purchase a home in the Hamptons the past 2 years has gone from the emotional quick over-ask purchases to buyers being methodical and patient. A more “normal” pace of real estate. No matter the market conditions, purchasing a home in the Hamptons, historically, has proven to be a great investment.
How has social media impacted your business in the Hamptons?
Natalie: Social Media has been an integral part of my business. People have been following me for the past 10 years. I have shared my personal and professional journey online and in doing so, I’ve made friendships and clients. It’s been a fun outlet and great marketing tool!
How has your faith helped you while working in Hamptons Real Estate?
Natalie: My faith has grown stronger through the years. It’s made me wiser, happier and more at peace. Being a Real Estate Broker is a ruthless and consuming career. Because of my faith, I navigate with a different perspective. As a result, I am able to rise above the challenging times less effected and with a smile.
What are your favorite lunch spots in Westhampton and Quiogue?
With so many new restaurants in WHB, my favorite is up in the air. I’m still trying many of the menu options. My go to restaurants right now are Flora and LT Burger. Flora is cozy and chic with good food. I love ordering the soup of the day with their Pear & Watercress Salad! LT Burger is a fun Retro Diner vibe that has me going back for their Vegetable Salad that I top off with a juicy bunless burger.
I noticed that you started up a Tik Tok account. Are You planning on making this a part of your marketing?
Natalie: Funny you should ask! I never thought I would start a Tik Tok account, but I recently have. For me, it’s just for fun! A place to set my alter ego free. However, in such a short time, I’m discovering it has great potential for my business. So, I may soon have to put my alter ego to bed!
