Good Morning America anchor Amy Robach hosted Gilda’s Club New York City 9th annual Benefit Luncheon at Metropolitan Club in New York City. Robach, a breast cancer survivor, stressed the importance of support for those who have been diagnosed with cancer. The afternoon honored Bahija Jallal, PhD, Executive Vice President, AstraZeneca and Head of MedImmune with the Red Door Award, and Amy Abernethy, MD,PhD, Chief Medical Officer & SVP – Oncology, Flatiron Health, with the Gilda Award.
