bande (pronounced “bond”), hailed as the top app for interactive fitness by Women’s Health 2021, is an innovative studio concept bringing the best of boutique to you, wherever you are. bande’s cutting-edge technology encourages meaningful connections and allows its renowned instructors to provide regular encouragement to properly train and motivate you. This summer, in addition to our virtual online schedule, we will celebrate the summer of re-emergence together, in person, at the distinctive Southampton Arts Center with our summer event series. bande will be offering 3 classes daily every Friday & Saturday morning from June 25th – August 28th. Come join us in the gardens for Barre and our exclusive Cardio Fit classes.

Bergen Wheeler
Fanatical NYC following. A dichotomy: her workouts are brutal but she will make you laugh. A former professional dancer and Innovation Director at Exhale, Bergen is driven by a desire to change people’s lives through movement and fitness. She has a deep understanding of the ways in which fitness impacts our mental and physical health, and she’s skilled at helping others tap into their strength and power. Bergen also has an innate ability to hold people accountable and help them push through their limitations.
Julie Wiesman
“Think less, feel more, sweat it out.” With over fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry, Julie has helped people all over the world enjoy the gift of exercise. As a former dancer for the NY Knicks and the Miami Heat, her connection to music and movement are felt in every class. Julie believes fitness is about passion, not perfection. She will push you a little bit further than you think you can go and leave you feeling empowered and accomplished after every class.
Schedule: 3 classes daily, every Friday & Saturday morning from June 25th – August 28th
8-9am and 10:15-11:15am Barre
This is a one-stop-shop for a complete body and mind workout. Barre seamlessly blends moves from ballet, Pilates, strength training, and yoga. You will be guided through a series of micro-movements and active holds, using a set of light hand weights and your body weight for resistance. These small, isolated movements yield extensive results: long, lean, sculpted lines. You’ll work muscles you didn’t even know you have and feel them for days after.
9:15 – 10:00 Cardio Fit
This class highlights everything bande does best in an efficient (and addicting!) format. Our 45 minute class combines cardio and sculpt training in one. Cardio blasts will get your heart rate pumping while Barre fundamentals are merged with compound full-body movements designed to strengthen and lengthen. Cardio Fit hits every muscle. Your endorphins will be flowing.
As part of our Southampton event we’ve announced a special “bande glow series”.
Exercise is about community and community is about sharing and finding inspiration from one another. With that in mind, we’ll be sharing some of our favorite artists and brands every weekend. From style, beauty, accessories, food, and more – these labels will help your post-workout glow last even longer. Come a bit early or stay a bit after and meet local designers and more. Look out for collaborations with brands like bala, loveshackfancy and juice press, state bags, alexa leigh and salt.
